Launched April 2024, the E33G provides the first legal pathway for digital nomads in Indonesia. Requires employment contract with company outside Indonesia and minimum $60,000/year income. Allows remote work for overseas company, travel in/out freely, bring family on dependent permits, open local bank accounts, and rent property. Cannot work for Indonesian companies or serve Indonesian clients.
